Why Should I Volunteer?

Why should I volunteer? Good question, but why shouldn't you volunteer? Volunteerism isn't just a way to clear your conscience, it is a way to help those in need and give back to the community. So the question shouldn't be 'Why should I volunteer?' but rather, 'How can I volunteer?'. And the answer is easy, you can either do something of your own volition, like donating clothes or foodstuff to a non profit organization, or you can become a member of same, where they part take in different initiatives, like beach cleaning, street-feeding, home visits, etc.

I mean come on, wouldn't it feel good to know that your actions are benefiting the community, and maybe even the economy and by extension, the world?
